1. Overview

GunnTech specialises in the design and manufacture of bespoke and custom-made products. Each item is produced to order, tailored to the exact specifications provided by the customer. Due to the personalised nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

2. Bespoke & Custom Orders

All products sold by GunnTech.co.uk are made to your individual requirements. This means they fall under the “custom-made” or “bespoke” category as defined by UK consumer law.
Accordingly, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) does not apply once your order has been confirmed and work has commenced.

Please ensure that all dimensions, design details, and specifications are correct before submitting your order.

3. Faults & Errors

While returns for change of mind are not accepted, GunnTech takes great care to ensure all products are produced to the highest standard.

If you believe your item has arrived faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact form with:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your case promptly and, if a manufacturing error or defect is confirmed, arrange a suitable remedy (such as replacement, or partial refund) at our discretion.

4. Order Amendments

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended unless confirmed in writing by GunnTech and only if production has not yet started. Any approved changes may incur additional costs and could affect delivery times.

5. Delivery & Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on product type and order volume. As the majority of our items are bespoke and made-to-order, please allow 3-4 days for work(s) to be completed prior to dispatch. Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of dispatch via either; a 3rd party courier tracking number, or, an email from GunnTech with drop-off details; but may be subject to change. GunnTech will communicate any delays as soon as possible.
