GunnTech designs and manufactures bespoke, custom-made products tailored to each customer’s specifications.

3. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are:

  • Providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order on GunnTech.co.uk, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
A binding contract is formed once we accept your order and begin production.

Because our products are custom-made, all specifications, measurements, and design details provided by you must be accurate. GunnTech is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

5. Bespoke & Custom Products

All GunnTech products are made to order. As such:

  • Returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not accepted once production has started.

  • The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 right to cancel does not apply to custom or bespoke goods.

  • Please review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods via our payment processor(s).

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price you pay will always be the one confirmed at the time your order was placed.

7. Production & Delivery

Lead times vary depending on the product type and order volume. Estimated dispatch times will be provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.

We will not be held liable for delays outside our control (e.g., courier disruptions, material shortages).

Delivery is deemed complete once the product has been delivered to the address you provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product descriptions, and website content are the property of GunnTech and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content or designs without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • GunnTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.

  • We do not guarantee that the website will be free from errors, viruses, or interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
